Conference fees (link to a page)

Registration is required for all Conference participants and accompanying persons. Individual Registrations are available via the online registration form and for company group bookings, please request further instructions from the Registration Office:

One regular registration will be valid for two paper presentations, provided that the registered presenter is one of the authors of both paper presentations. An additional full registration fee is required for any number of additional papers. One student registration allows only one paper presentation.

The registration fee includes:

  • Participation in all lectures
  • Congress bag including programme with abstracts
  • Admission to Welcome Reception
  • Coffee during the breaks

  • Conference Dinner

  • Payments should clearly state the participant’s  person’s name(s)
  • All payments should have the notification “LUX EUROPA”
  • For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
  • Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
  • VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee

Confirmation of registration

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Fifty percent refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received on or before August 15, 2017. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after August 15, 2017. The refund will be processed only after the conference.

Coffee breaks

During session breaks, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing congress badges.

Official Language

The official languages of the Congress are English, French and German.

The Registration Desk for the LUX Europa 2017 Conference will be located in the Foyer of Hotel Union as follows:

Conference Identification Badge

A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon Registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions without the conference badge. Tickets to social events will be collected at the entrance.

Attendance Certificate

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
