The registration fee covers attendance to all sessions, lunches and coffee/tea breaks during the conference, welcome reception, gala dinner (not included in student fee), conference materials and kit.
Accompanying persons fee includes welcome reception, gala dinner and all lunches.
One (1) regular registration will be valid for two (2) paper presentations, provided that the registered presenter is one of the authors of both paper presentations. An additional full registration fee is required for any number of additional papers. One (1) student registration allows only one (1) paper presentation.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing by e-mail to the Lux Europe 2017 Secretariat. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received on or before August 30, 2017. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after August 30, 2017. The refund will be processed only after the conference.

*Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Participants must bring along their Student Identification Card conference for verification. Only one paper per person per registration is allowed under this rate.
